- Member list view previous/next links gained < and > respectively
- Member list view previous/next links now only show up if either
  of them leads to an actual page.
- Spacing adjusted beside member db viewfiles to avoid them
  touching the edges.
- Event dates restyled as on DiscoverKalamazoo
- 'back' button on event detail pages auto-expands on small views
  and uses the correct text version instead of emoji, on phones.
- Spacing adjusted around breadcrumbs/header
- Featured image now has min height of 100px (effective was 50px)
  and background-size of cover instead of 100% in order to fill
  the resultant height.
