Various style changes. Topbar, slick slider, blog.

Topbar hover and active for dropdown items was inheriting styles
from 0-level.

Slick frontpage event slider had next/prev buttons off the screen
in tablet.

Blog sidebar ul li needed less line height and more margin to
separate them.
