responsive work for the front page

responsive work for the front page

I am going through the front page in responsive view.  I have the topbar
working it's way through medium view and have the tabbar appear when the
topbar is too bit to continue clearly.  I also did some changes to the
layout in the header.  Unfortonately there is something wrong and I have
no idea of what it is.  The off canvas isn't being called in by the tabbar
and the data equalizer isn't working either.
