Style changes after client review:

- Increase the page content font size to 18 pixels
- Header - Increase the logo and the navigation titles font size
  as much as you can within the header.
- Footer - Change "Destination Michigan Update" text to
  "Destination Michigan e-News", increase the font and move to one
  line with the Sign up button centered below.
- Featured Partners (home page) add a button "Destination Michigan
  Highlights", centered under last row, and link to the blog page
  with the same name.
- Add Blog icon to the right of the Facebook and link to the
  Destination Michigan Highlights page.
