Fixed the footer social icons. Styles were wrong.

A comma had been left off, causing some of the social icon styles
not to be applied. Other parts of css were incorrect, resulting in
the sharethis showing up on the wrong side with the wrong margins,
and the facebook icon to not show up at all.
