Weather widget resizing, dollarsign jQuery.

Large widget is a little less huge, and now resizes pretty well into a
mobile version, with more information than the small widget to boot.
This also means that the weather widget will now still work in https.
Also, as long as dollarsign.js is included before other .js, we should
be able to always use $ rather than 'jQuery' without conflicts.
