Post review revisions

I made changes so the pages would match the psd jpegs more.  So close, but
not close enough.  The header text sizes have been changed again, adjusted
the copyright spacing, fixed the padding of some of the footer elements,
fixed the dropdown of the active parent, and adjusted the spacing of the
header.main.
