I added a second header area and styled crumbs

I added a second header area and styled crumbs

I styled the breadcrumbs and added and empty div container to serve as a
second header area.  The idea of each template is to be different with
the navigation and appearance, it should be useful.  Not a conventional
idea, but I can't think of a conventional method of how to make the
navigations different along with templates the way the others did it.
