Frontpage events feed, remove sharethis code

- Frontpage events feed no longer hardcoded, now using events feed
  as seed on Petoskey Area
- Sharethis/Addthis code has been removed as this was slowing down
  the site.
- Add Captcha to Lost Password form
- Lost Password form now hidden until "Lost Password?" is clicked
