Header member box uses new member db filters, & new styles

Header member box uses new member db filters, & new styles

Instead of dummy data the header now uses new filters to retrieve
the member name and class, and if the person logged in is not a
contact, will retrieve this data from the current WP user (which
is hopefully still the same as the primary contact, but may not be)
. Also added styles to reduce the size of the header member widget.
