Search Rooms bar permanent display and restyled

The search rooms bar in the topbar that normally drops down is as
of now permanently visible ( in large-up ) per client request.
The top-bar also has some room saved with the removal of the little
dropdown arrow graphics. Padding/margin has also been cut down all
around.
