making edits because of back and forth comparisions.

I made more edits to the theme and styles because of variations between
jpeg and what I made.  The size proportion is unrealilistic with the
widest it goes in content to 800px.  Other changes have been made that
do not match the notes because the specs in the notes don't match the
jpeg.
