Excerpts activated, frontpage map using excerpts

Excerpts activated for this theme. Interactive region map is now
using the excerpt of a page to display in the map city info
section IF it has an excerpt; otherwise it will show the first
35 words of the content.

Also set max-height for this element to 75 px just in case.
