Campground Loop entries corrected in DB

The site_loop info in the campgrounds was listed from 1-4 in the DB
These had to be translated into A-E. Thus, a 0 had to be added for
those B's which were intended to be A's. The php changes simply
use the Alpha character corresponding to the appropriate numeral.
