got the divider as close to right as I can

got the divider as close to right as I can

Collins sent me a new graphic and I placed it in.  To me it doesn't look
much different.  It still looks a bit over to the right on the sides and
perfect in the middle.  I tried to matching it at one line at a time
(slowly inching things into place) with the farthest right matching the
farthest left under it.  It matched perfectly.  Moved  to the middle line,
still matched.  Got it to where it needs to be, that's when it looks
wrong.
