I made some more changes

I made some more changes

I made style changes with the interior page main tag.  I pushed it up a
ways and also added some extra spacing between the footer and the main.
I am in the process of having the block group assignments.  I have most
of it laid out, but I do not have the method of call ing the blocks in
place yet.
