Adding a Div around the tickets link in the buy tickets dropdown

OC bolding, buy tickets dropdown topnav styles

- The top-nav buy tickets dropdown menu has the Buy Tickets in a
better location with improved styles.
- Cleaned up CSS somewhat with nesting.
- 'current_page_item a' was getting bold. Now only
current_page_item > a, so as to avoid all children becoming bold
when a parent item is the current item.

Adjusting styles for Buy Tickets dropdown,dev53

Specifically styling some of the dropdown items to be font-family
Arial in the Buy Tickets submenu. Also reducing some of their sizes.
This is necessary because on dev53 there are some other styles that
overwrite the template base styles without these overwrites.

I may have gotten the gradient right

I have been doing instyle changes on the dev55 copy and I have added the
inline changes that seem to show the most promise of working.  It won't
match the psd on my copy, but it works well for dev55 on large view.

responsive adjustments

I did a few responsive adjustments to the gradient area that is behind
the blocks.  Instead of a set pixel distance from the top, it is almost
40% away from the top to help responsive display.

I think I fixed the gradient

I did a bunch of trial and errors to try to find the right mix.  I also
found that the hard line was the gradient that was to be behind the
blocks from solid white to trasparent.  It was on top of the slideshow
gradient.

Changed the navigation depth for main and off-canvas to 2 instead

Removed an unnecessary call to the_field in functions.php that was used for francejourneys, the theme this theme is based on. This call was breaking the site with a 500 internal server error
