Fixed topbar padding - items seemed bottom-aligned

The nav bar was changed somehow (perhaps we just did not take 2-
line nav items into account) so the entire navigation seemed bottom
-aligned. I've reduced the padding on the top-bar-left > ul > li in
order to center them once more.

Stylesheet version bump

Breaking frontpage category names on ( character.

This is necessary because wordpress strips out br tags one tries to
put in the category names (unlike with appearance>menus).

Adjusting the inside shop sidebar category display to show the new Category

Excluding woocommerce cats by slug instead of id.

Excluding the categories on the frontpage and sidebar by ID resulted
in these not being excluded on local and development copies. Using
the slug fixes this as they're all referred to as 'Whitepages'.
