Added a default feature image

I added a default feature image to the theme.  It's the image we had in
the header.

I have updated the markup to the new request.

I have changed the mark up and styles to reflect the desired changes.
The slideshow has been added and the feature image for the interior
pages has been included as well.

I added a better divide

I found a way to put the border on the front page content only.

Finally got the weather widget working

I took the long route, but the footer weather widget is working correctly.
I thought the style float none was the problem, but it turned out it was a
problem because it was combined with bad style setup.  I added display
inline block and float none was no longer a problem.

Adding old layout and updating Google Map

I commented out the flight feed code and added back the old sample layout
for the flight feed.  I also added some test content to the interior
Terminal page.

I updated some parts to meet the checklist

I went back and updated some things in the theme so it meets the checklist
requirements.  I think it is good now.

font tweak

I adjusted some of the styles regarding the h2 font.  I removed the text
transform uppercase so it looks normal now.

final edits

I finished up the last of the changes that is needed to match the psd as
much as possible the first time around.  I have also done everything
needed for responsive.

large complete

I believe large view is complete for now.  There are a few proof to dev
differences, but I am unsure if they are relevent.

Getting close

I added the content to the footer and did more styling to the header and
