Add left padding to top-bar so the logo covers it

The nav items were made slightly shorter than on the psd, which
caused there to be a gap in the background of the nav between it
and the logo. Added 40px of padding to minimize the risk of this
in the future.

Stylesheet cache busting

Adding more linking, and hover:underline to footer guide links

Block title colors, treasure hover link underline

Replaced slate blue with dark green across the site

All instances of $slate-blue are now $dark-green as that is the
equivalent color for this theme

Only show upper bar on large, remove 'home' link from upper bar

Fixed styles for main nav hover/active effects

Adjusted styles and markup to suit Benzie proofs
