I updated the last few things

I finished the theme functions.  But I need to go through the checklist.

I am working on responisve views for the front

I am making changes for the responsive views so it may still work.  I am
missing one thing in the off canvas at the moment.  The links next to
the copyright need to move into the off canvas.

finished large view

I added the last bits to the copyright area that Jodie asked for.  I
need to focus on responsive now.

I have the some of the final touches for large view in place

I have the large view of the site almost finished.  I need to add some
styles and adjust some classes to make it perfect.

I added the pure mi logo

I added the pure mi logo from harbor country to the assets folder.

I made some changes for the header and topbar.

I am making progress to make the footer and everything else on the site
like the client wanted.  Petoskey Area style header, check.  Action
item, needed.  Footer layout as requested plus copyright changes,
needed.

I updated the footer top padding

I added top padding to the footer to give some breathing room.

adding a default theme color

I made a variable for the blue color in the footer and header. It is the
only consistant blue used through out the site.

I styled tghe interior pages content.

I added some content from the live site to the dev site I am working on.
The interior styles have been applied.

finishing up the front

I think I have the last bits of the front page complete, I think

updating the topbar styles

I updated the topbar styles to mimic Mount Pleasant.  So far it looks
like it's working.

I moved the social icons a little bit away from the top of the page in
