adding missing graphics and beginning on sidebar

I added the current year visitor guide graphic and the sliver image
example.  I also am starting on the sidebar.

making progress on the front page

I have made further progress with the front page and other elements.  I
still have the sidebar to do and the interior pages.

I am making better progress on the theme.  Styling the footer area, added
the footer image, and got the footer nav working.  Footer nav still needs
a bit more styling.

I am making style changes to the overall header area so it matches the psd
better.

styling the header and copyright area

I styled the copyright area to match and working on styling the part of
the header that isn't sticky.  I still need to test the nav dropdown and
interior elements.  I've been focused on the the header and footer
elements so far and need to get to the sidebar and main tags.

Styling the blocks

I got the blocks handled, in theory.  I am still just doing the breakout
part for large view.  Less than large desktop view has not been accounted
for.

I'm trying to get things to work

some things not showing and now I may be making better progress.  The

I am working on getting the structure in place at the moment before

I've added the google fonts and changed some color codes.

I am starting on the breakout with what is available at the moment.  I
still would appreciate a breakout meeting, but I have to start this now.
