Updated GoogleMap to v3

coursesMashUp.js entirely rewritten to work with v3 (might not be optimal but it works for now), static page 11.phtml now has a helper to send the media_base_url to the .js, setup.phtml was changed to use the new google api keys (which may not be necessary). Added old .pngs.
