slowly working on header styles and footer layout

I updated some styles in the header and am in the process of updating
the footer layout to meet the new requests.

I did some style updates to the header and footer

I added the social media icons to the header and I updated the
background color of the footer with proper color changes

I changed the front page layout so the videos are below the content and
I changed the copyright area to have a dark blue background and white
text.

a feature image if the interior page has a feature image.

on display, but only styled for large view.
