I changed the 'contact us' links

I moved the fax number to be beside the phone number and I updated the
hover effect for the Contact Us links.  Now they turn to yellow.  The
one in the header area may not look the same but it is the same color.

I made more updates

I updated the screenshot and I made a few changes to the footer layout.
Logo is gone and everything in the footer is centered.

I updated the theme with some new graphics and updated some of the
layout code as requested after the first review.

I took a new screenshot for the theme.  It isn't the best, but it's
something close.

I changed the text transform back to normal

I had a thought the block title text should be all uppercase.  It looked
roguh all uppercase so I changed it back.

Edits for the blocks

I made a way for the blocks to work differently than they did in UC
Gaylord.  I styled the blocks a bit as well.

weeding out and adding blocks to the front

I weeded out some things I believe we won't be using in this theme and
added the blocks call to the front page as well.  Plus did some grid
changes for the header.

I did some tests and made some adjustment for responsive.

I have the front page offically finished for large view.  I think we may
have some things that may be overkill.

I added a class to the header to finish it up and have moved on to the
main.  I started some styling for the main area.

reducing the content width

I reduced the content width of the site to 1000px rather than the 1200px
we used for University center.

I have updated the style.css to show a new theme name and doing updates
to the theme as I go.
