if fetch all blocks is given an id it is given into query as post_parent
so only the children of that id given will be fetched.

Made new select list just for the post. The page one I kept because it
was showing the hierarchy for the pages. I did restrict them to only
show pages or post that are published.

Update so the blocks can be unlimited.

Block updates for edit page

Call in a script to hide elements on edit and add pages.
Add jquery calls to the change events for the page selector or url
field, so it selects the correct radio button.
Update label for the fields.

Refractor the glm-blocks plugin

You can now call the fetch_all_glm_blocks function to fetch all the glm
blocks from the CPT. Use the returned array to output the blocks in
whatever format you like.

Backward compatible with Preston Feathers original plugin in use.
