Making the inner wrap white

Minor adjustments to the navigation bar to push it further left to look more like the main site

Changed copyright GLM link color, and took rss footer image into assets rather than referencing livesite

Adding some top margin to the auction container to separate it from the top nav

Adding margin to the auction return button

Made the site look like the current migcsa site
