Update for getting event with a limit setting.

When limit is set the event query wasn't including the date range.
With the date range set it is now getting the correct events for that
range of dates if a limit is set in the shortcode attribute.

Remove blank from data class.

This is being added to the view with value of 0 which causes two blank
options.

Moving the require fields for Michgigan.org so they only effect members.

When an address doesn't return a location, now also trying without the city name.

Nominatim dosn't check the "preferred" city name from the US ZIP database,
but can often find the address without the city name.

Bring the location (city) part out of the recurrences loop. Don't need
it repeating for each event schedule. Reformat the file so each section
is lined up correctly and remove the unneeded javascript type in script
tag. Not needed in html5.

Set bottom of the pdf to 130

Testing on Discoverkalamazoo event content from their live site and
adjusting to 130 for the next page test of bottom pdf works nicely and
gets all of the 8 pages for their events onto 7 pages.

When checking for request categories do isset also.

This will keep php from getting notices from request categories not
being set.

Small adjustment for top and bottom pdf points.

Comparing the current live site petoskeyarea pdf with what is generated
by the new scripts. Making an adjustment for the top of pdf and bottom
to get more events per page. pdf matching petoskearea current live site
very well.

Only put bottom line if footer text is available - pdf

In the pdf only show the line within the footer text.

Updates for generating pdf when using more than one cat in shorcode.

If the shortcode has more than one category then we need to pull the
list of categories and send it to the pdf admin ajax call.
Before it was just sending the form which had only a single select so
only the last category that was marked selected would get submitted to
the pdf generator.

Trim the contact name for pdf output.

If there's nothing there then don't output.

Wrap dates in pdf and setup the bottom of pdf pages.

For bottom of pdf pages need to check if too close so we can goto new
page.
Wrap the dates part so it won't go over the Title.
