Blog code was using a filter causing the post content to appear in

A few updates to the off canvas styles

I updates some of the off canvas styles to improve the preformance.

With Laury's help I found something that may work better for future use.

Commenting out something I may regret.

I commmented out my style changes to the Winter drop down menu items
that keep it from wrapping.

updating a few things

I updated the styles for the Winter drop down menu.  I made it so the
links have a style of nowrap.  It only affects the Winter drop down menu
because I use the page id.  I also increased the line height of the
member search to be more vertically centered.

Slightly increase booking form sizes to better fit the view_rates button graphic
