Member ads show on member detail, and destinations

Ads are now showing on member detail pages based on which city, or
else county, is assigned to it.

Ads on the member list page are now including possible ads for
Destinations, which utilise the same ads set for the corresponding
cities.

For both, the function display_top_ads and filter get_county_by_city
are created.

Colour the member list filter button, move Members Found counter a little lower on the page

The member list was using the member info ID to check whether a
trail had a product, when it should have been using the member ID
like the trail detail page does.

The detail page has had the number of trails commented out by

Fixing commas in top-search results term list

The list of search terms after performing a search in the top-search
was getting commas in the wrong places.

UASORT on the cities/counties in the top-search

Uasort function applied to the arrays used to populate the cities
and counties in the top-search to make sure they're alpha-ordered.

... made sure the get_trail_links filter iterates through more than the default 5 posts when it does a get_posts to get all the products

More thorough check of whether the Longitude text exists on the trail detail page
