Trying to weed out code for generic purposes

I am weeding out some php calls and editing styles so the theme is more
generic.

I commented out the old metaslider shortcode.

updating the slideshow

I added a shortcode to show a slideshow that matches the same slideshow
dimensions as the original.

more generic edits

I took out some the logo in the client info footer and I also changed
and commented out a few thing in the dropdown so it may be more
mainstream.

alot of style changes

I made several style changes to help with the appearance of the theme.
Mostly dealt with the slideshow and position.

I did some re-work changes

We had confilicting ids in the theme and I edited it so the conflicts are
gone. I also did some styling to help with the layout appearance.

Slowly working to make it generic

I am in the slow process of making the theme more generic.  It's a slow
process at them moment.

fixing the comments area of the blog single page

I moved the comments_template to be inside the same container as the post
container.  I also moved the loose script tags, updated some styles
relating to the position of the blog sidebar, bumped the version number,

Login form needed second parameter at apply_filter

Apply_filter is a function that requires 2 parameters. I added
NULL as a parameter to the function call in the member login form,
