Correct IDs for Blocks groups

Hotel section, blocks groups, footer menu

- Nav walker, header,and frontpage, for Hotel section added.
- Groups for blocks added, to separate front and hotel blocks

- Top-nav Drop-left arrows on top of dropdown moved into the right
  place, adjusted code that applies columns to dropdowns with 4+
  items
- GLM Associate Events styles
