Fixed wrong capability for Prototype add,delete,edit

Moved to correct wpdb->posts parameter for mutlisite aware table name

Completed plugin first version. Includes user capability features.

Completed updates to MVC approach and completed base functionality.
Should all be working now. Still needs more documentation updates.

Now have most functionality working. Updated descriptions/documentation in index.php file.

Added more model functionality and cleaned up issues with default menu actions while other output is requested.

Added some files to keep empty directories in Git

Cleaned up some class and directory names for consistency

Removed unwanted Foundation directory

Added .gitignore to keep misc/smarty cache directory clean

Should not have had these in there
