Updated the font size and image size

I reduced the image size to a height of 200px.  I reduced the font size for the text under the image to 26px.  The change has been applied to the sidebar on the homepage and the footer area of the interior page.

I added the new graphic and it with the planner graphic.

I took out the old graphic that had the flyer and text and replace them with the cover image and added the requested text. It isn't a exact match to what was there, but it may work.
