Lowering required member perms to see members only

glm_members_member was required to see members only. This is now
lowered go glm_members_login, because some contacts could not see
the members only section.

Contacts: Add check for parent, Associated Member title

On the contacts list, each child now has an Associated Member field
title (each parent does not) which is intended to have the same title
as the member (parent). Furthermore, a check was added to make sure
only the children of a particular parent show up under that parent
as well as making sure that parents with no subs that are still in
the array of parents won't try to output nonexistent subs.

Contact list indentation fix in code

Connect the child contacts with the parent contacts

Added new code on the contact list, and a filter in functions.php,
which work together to look at all contacts which are a primary
contact, and by those contacts list all the contacts associated
with the same member which aren't primary contacts (the 'child'
contacts). Also added most of the fields that were not already
showing up for member contacts, on their list.

Add some padding to the contact list in mobile view

GLM Alpha links on front get an improved color even when not specifically on the member list

Make wpadminbar remain static in small view.

The wpadminbar was made fixed in small view, causing it to overlap
and cause a white area at the top of the page. Keeping it static
instead should solve both problems.

Font styles were too large in some places and too small in others
due to the utilization of ingram-wide-2 in the Member area, which
requires 18px size in the body to be presentable in some places.
This rule throws off styles that are still using "Open Sans", as
18px is quite large.

Also added a statement to ensure that blocks only have a Read More
link if they are given a url.
