Member login form error notification fixed

In conjunction with a plugin change in the contacts, the members
only login form now only shows an error notification class if
there has been an actual error in logging in. Verbiage of this
error has been adjusted.

I added a resized graphic to the theme and I made it so the social icons
show only on desktop views. I also expanded the are of the client info
area on medium

Added Instagram to off canvas

I added the instagram icon to the off canvas menu.  There is one
problem.  The image is the wrong size.
