Testing out nav dropdown images

Over-header in mobile view is now centered to avoid wrapping

Fixed over-header menu wrapping in mobile view

Link up jobs, contact us, footer items

Adjusted footer section sizing to make the addresses not run into each other on tablet view.

Nav dropdown items are now visible if they're the current item (were white)

Fixed the default featured image; code ensures post has thumbnail before using it

Off-canvas addresses and search added
