Bumping version and stylesheet

I made some changes to help the theme and the blog

I removed some mistakes I made and fixed them while styling the blog
sidebar.

I did some styling to make the blog feed look good

I added a class to the content of the front page and placed a border on
the right to give a divide between the feed and the front page content.

I found the off canvas had a small visual problem.  Part fo the other
toggle arrow was showing.  I made the height of the menu links to conceal it.

I made the images of the partners smaller and I also reduced some of the
space taken up by the margins.

I have the navigation working through the appearance menu and decreased
the amount of space partner graphics took up.  The space between the
graphics have been reduced.
