wrapping up front page and topbar

I finished the front page layout and styles along with the styling of the
top bar navigation.  I have started some layout work for the interior
page.  I need to get the footer and header finished.  I also need to start
on the dropdown navigation, woocommerce sidebar, and copyright area.

I got the video area of the front page completed with a placeholder image.
I think I have the front page in an acceptable state for now.  The header
and footer still need work but I'll get back to them after I get the
interior page layout done.

I made adjustments to the slideshow to have border radius and working on
the topbar to match the jpeg.

I am making slow progress on the header and the topbar.  I need to add
some pages to make sure the topbar part is working and I am about to take
a lot of crap for the topbar not matching the psd.

I changed the layout of the font page a bit and did some style changes for
the topbar.

seeing it for the first time

I created a site area on the multi site and implied the theme I just made
to be active.  I made a few instant changes to meet the psd at first.
Like php errors that pop up.

I moved the copyright to outside the shadow wrapper and adjusted part of
the margin styles for the shadow wrapper.

Layout work

I have the layout of the grid in place.  The only thing I didn't go back
and do is the blog and search pages.

I added the right font file, I think

I got the right font file format.

Font is the wrong format.

It turns out that the font needs to be in a certain format in order to
work.  What I just deleted is not the right format.  Going to the Mac to
get the right one.

font adjustments

I added the special font Collins used to the theme and made the default
font family for the theme Times

adding and removing

I added the last of the styles needed to be added, updated the style.css,
and got rid of some lingering php documents Laury didn't get rid of on the
feature branch

Importing Laury's feature Theme

I imported the feature branch for the generic Camp Petosega.  Also doing
some weeding.

adding graphic elements

I added everything in the elements folder and the background image I
grabbed from the psd.
