slowly working on structure breakout

I am working on getting the structure in place at the moment before
getting all the styling in.  I'll add the styling after the breakout
meeting.

adding google fonts

I've added the google fonts and changed some color codes.

getting started

I am starting on the breakout with what is available at the moment.  I
still would appreciate a breakout meeting, but I have to start this now.
