I have finished the front page, starting interior

I have finished the header area and have started to work on the interior
page layout.  I think I have a start.

I think I have the header handled

I believe I have the header area finished for large view.  I have
everything for the header in place and mostly styled.  I need to do some
work with the menu walker to deal with the dropdown.

I am trying to make the header match the psd.  I have a start of getting
the layout correct.  But I still need to style it.

Footer overhaul

I tried as much as I could to make the footer area match the psd.
Unfortanately, it isn't that close.  The spacing is off.

styling and working more with the front page

I have styled the front page a bit more and wrapped up the content area
of the site.  I gave the action items something close to matching the
psd.  The front page content has been edited as the client would put
into the site.
