Schedule dropdown replaced through js, +styles

Schedule dropdown select+options are replaced by a ul+li markup,
because select elements are dysfunctional in older, useless,
legacy browsers like IE. Styles added to make this faux-select
look like the original markup.

I added the new graphic and I did a style change

I added the new ticket graphic. Laury mentioned that the interior
feature image wasn't next to the new location of the header.  I went in
and fixed that.

I moved "DOCK"

I moved the word "DOCK" to be next to the address rather than the right
of the map icon.

Fixing the grid of the Client Info in the header.

I found out what I had for client info didn't match the dev55 site.  I
did some changes to accomidate that.

Updates that Charis asked for.

I tried my best with what I had.  I couldn't do the extra text next to
the map icon in the footer.  The header has been reduced by 40px and the
cart has been relocated.

Adjusting styles for Buy Tickets dropdown,dev53

Specifically styling some of the dropdown items to be font-family
Arial in the Buy Tickets submenu. Also reducing some of their sizes.
This is necessary because on dev53 there are some other styles that
overwrite the template base styles without these overwrites.

I may have gotten the gradient right

I have been doing instyle changes on the dev55 copy and I have added the
inline changes that seem to show the most promise of working.  It won't
match the psd on my copy, but it works well for dev55 on large view.

responsive adjustments

I did a few responsive adjustments to the gradient area that is behind
the blocks.  Instead of a set pixel distance from the top, it is almost
40% away from the top to help responsive display.

I think I fixed the gradient

I did a bunch of trial and errors to try to find the right mix.  I also
found that the hard line was the gradient that was to be behind the
blocks from solid white to trasparent.  It was on top of the slideshow
gradient.
