I have done a lot of trial and error and I think I am very close to
complete styling of the search.  The issue is it doesn't match what the
psd demands.

area.  They are not complete, but it's a start.

I am working on the footer area layout.  It isn't styled yet, but the

and I am having very little success in getting it to work.

updating the header

I modified the header so the search isn't limited the the container the
search icon is in and adjusted the styles so everything in the header is
aligned.

Styling the header to try to match the psd.

I updated the topbar font size and added spacing between the social
items in an attempt to make it look like the psd.

I am styling the header and pre-header areas.  It's a slow process at
the moment.

Adding social media placeholders to Header

I added placeholer li's for the social media icons I pulled from the
psd.

Gathering social and working on Header area.

I grabbed the social icons from the psd and added them to the theme.  I
also did a little work prepareing the header to hold the social icons.

Continuing work on the Header

I still working on the header of the site.  The only part that is
serving as a roadblock to the header layout is the area after the
navigation that has the social icons, search, and what looks like a
widget area.  I'm presuming it's a weather widget where in the psd it
says 75 degrees.

have the pre header area set up, but I'm having some difficulties with
the part that holds the navigation among other things.
