Top search properly implemented - can search text

The topbar search button was never correctly implemented. The
button would send the user to the glm list page (as is the default
behaviour when a category is selected) instead of the search result
page.

Default category selection for member list is now changed to the first value instead of empty

Member list filter search exclusive selections

Client request. Selecting a member list filter category should
disable the text search, and vice versa. Values are emptied by
jquery instead of 'disabled' as this would disallow them from
changing their mind.
