Enable sorting of the member courses

Adding same functions from the photo positioning to the member courses.

Update for member only section and member_golf

Update to get the member_golf section tab into the member only side.

Make it so the member_golf section is not over writing the defaults for
the main info description.

Creating section for the Golf Courses

This is based on the Member Packages and uses the same type of approach
file wise as the member packages did.
I used the member_golf table and added the new fields from the packages
into it.

Turn on the slideshow option for photos
