more styling to the footer

adding styles to footer

working on some styling for blocks and footer elements

fixed the sidebar template and front page with some footer styling.

made interior sidebar template

setting up the quick link sprites for the footer

did the styling for the front-page.php. It may need to be revised later

continuing on the structure of the front page, need to style still

making some styling and structuring the front page

putting in the sass styles for the main constant theme elements

adding theme elements
