Feature image update.

I updated the featured image shortcode in the fuctions file with Steve's
help.

I added a feature image to the blog

I added a feature header image to the blog section of the site.  I am
using the sliver image.  I found a problem with the call short code we
were using in the interior pages.  It shouldn't be applied to the blog.

I added the blog icon to the header area and the off canvas.  It should

I updated the blog styles so it would be more presentable.  The titles
on the feed part are h2 and the color is the dark blue.

We found for the absolute position bottom, for IE11 we need the main to

Steve asked an item to be display none on the event calendar.  The id has
the style applied to it.

Fixing the padding on sidenav

Some pages have a sidenav which had wrong padding; the h1 was too
far to the right, and the li too far to the left.

Gruntified commit

Fixed the padding on the sidenav H1, wrapping improperly

Now that the H1 in the sidenav is visible on medium, a long title
did not wrap properly. So there would be a space next to the first
line but not the second.

fixing the issue with the nav

The dropdown nav issue is caused by the margin bottom of the social icons.
I had them in a different position before.  Than I was told to move them
and the margin bottom pushed the nav down just enough to push th dropdown
menu.  I reduced the margin bottom just enough to resolve the problem.  It
should be fine now.

Fixed sidenav being given the wrong class, show for large up

Sidenav visible on medium for members/extra

Sidenav now showing medium-up instead of just large-up. Added some
spacing between sidenav items, and removed some line-height.

Side nav padding added for title.

separating the templates into actual files. adding some styles to the
front end event submission page.

a shortcode for the events so that the events template can be used for all of

The thumbnails for Metaslider Pro had to be prepended to the footer
using jQuery in order for them to show up so they could be styled
as per the PSD jpgs.
