Logo now visible in small and medium view

The logo would previously disappear like it does in Keweenaw, but
now a separate mobile logo area is added, shown only for medium
down, which will sit above the main nav bar on mobile view. The top
bar also no longer covers part of the image on medium-down but is
given a position of relative.

The reason for this is a lot of members for this site do not have
member profile images, but the description text is still wrapping
on their member list page, leaving room for an image that is not
there in most cases. Added a check to strip medium-8.

- Frontpage header title was covering the bottom of the slideshow on
  very wide display ports due to missing header styles.
- Slideshow image was expanding beyond max-height bounds due to

  excessive after removing the social icons

- Members Only sidebar needed some title style changes.
- Member detail page 'collapse' and 'back to top' links now red
  to help them break up the monotony of green links.

Fixed main nav being confused for top bar

Since main nav and top bar use the same walker, the static var
mainLevelCounter which keeps track of whether to apply drop-left
classes was getting the wrong values. New walker created just for
the main nav, separate from the top-bar walker.

Possible fix for menu walker applying the wrong classes

Add left padding to top-bar so the logo covers it

The nav items were made slightly shorter than on the psd, which
caused there to be a gap in the background of the nav between it
and the logo. Added 40px of padding to minimize the risk of this
in the future.
