Added $config parameter to some constructors

A bunch more work done.

More user elements working, more corrections to database abstract, and database updates.

Have some of the configuration section working and more updated to the database abstract.

Moved defined parameters into separate file so uninstall can get to them.

Removing stupid temporary files.

Minor changes to database tables

One more try to get the base url define correct.

Fixed problem with script name missing from base url in some situations.

Can now delete Members.

Commented out the link to delete the member for now.

Added a bit more and started using jQuery for some things.

Cleaned up some layout issues for the member dashboard.

Now have member additions working pretty well.

Minor modifications to tabs.

Continuing development. Now have preliminary organization of menu items and tabs.
