Fixing the woocommerce shop links to not use IDs

The links in the shop header were using IDs instead of the
Woocommerce functions to get the urls for such pages as the cart,
checkout, logout, etc.

The sidebar is now on the left side rather than the right and is
based on the one we have for shipwreckmuseum and harborcountry.

I commented out some dead social links and updated one link area I missed

re-adding the gravity forms duplicating code after finding breaking issue in another plugin

solved the divider issue.

With Steve's help, we finally got the divider problem handled.  It has

I found the Resource dropdown looked wrong with the last commit.  Fixed

Sidebar styles and markup completed

Shop was using shop-sidebar partial, now uses sidebar.php. Can no
longer use the same markup as frontpage since that's significantly
changed now.

responsive edits with a majority of media queries

I went back and began to do the test of media queries for different sizes
and making the adjustments as needed.  My web browser crashed on me before
I could finish everything.  Also I forgot to test it by resizing the
window which takes 30px of space away from one side.

I made the style changes to make the event images correct and I think I

I did some padding adjustments for the divider between the testimonials
and the blog feed.  It should be good enough.

changing visual editor background color to make the white logos in the blocks visible

I added 20px of bottom padding the the partner logo images.  That may be
enough.

I added more spacing between items

I added more spacing between the logo and slogan, along with the block
items on the front page.  Also changed the off canvas background to
maroon.

fixing the image and positioning of class blocks

I changed the medium-up class in the front-shop id and added some styles
to the image so it goes full width of the container.

added large-text-center class to accordion p tags.

I forgot that the medium-text-left would apply to large as well.  I added
those so they would be centered like the psd had them.

working on the sidebar on the front page.

I have made some more adjustments the accordion sidebar.  I think it is
responsive acceptable.

linking order now buttons in the footer

trying agian, but this time more specific

I added the first and last child styles and they didn't work.  So we made
it more spacific and hope this works.
